MASM32 - MASM32, the macro assembler. Maintained by Hutch, another popular assembler.
NASM - The Netwide Assembler, an opensource assembler project designed for portability.
RosAsm - RosAsm, the upside down assembler? Oh wait, the bottom-up assembler! Another GPL assembler with an integrated IDE.
TASM - The Turbo Assembler from Borland.

WinAsm Studio - The WinAsm Studio integrates well into
MASM32, and has plugins to support the use of
FASM. Uses Intellisense!
